In 2024, the Executive Office on Early Learning (EOEL) and the Early Childhood Action Strategy (ECAS) joined the Children’s Funding Project’s multi-state Child and Youth Fiscal Mapping Cohort.

We are thrilled to invite you to the release of the Hawaiʻi State Child and Youth Fiscal Map. This fiscal map provides a comprehensive analysis of public investments in Hawaiʻi’s children and youth, ages 0–24, from 2019 to 2023. It examines how state, federal, and federal relief funds support specific outcomes, services, age groups, and populations across Hawaiʻi.

There is a prenatal to 5 pullout to allow us to have more intentional conversations about funds available for maternal health and early childhood development. We will be updating the map through 2026, hosting talk story conversations about what the data is telling us and creating briefs as needed to inform policymaking, program development and financing.
