Participants in the leverage workshop worked to identify areas of opportunity within the map, and lifted up the potential offered by four interconnected opportunities.

A great deal has happened since our last blog post; Extended Team, Socializing Meetings, Leverage Workshops… Here is an overview.

With the knowledge and experience you have provided from the beginning of this journey until now, we are working to carefully weave together the important stories and patterns that teach us how our systems currently works.

After three months of listening to the network, seeing patterns take shape, and building draft loops, we were able to bring 46 causal feedback loops to the Spring ANM in April 2023. 

During our small group discussions, participants uncovered a range of causes and effects around important helping or hindering forces present in the system.

Throughout the first three months of this year, we came together in small groups for talk story sessions around each of the 8 themes. What an amazing journey it has been!
