ECAS Update Mid Year 2024
Twice a year we gather updates on the many efforts going on across the ECAS Network. This publication summarizes key efforts in the context of Systems Change. Through the concerted effort of a broad range of government and non-government actors operating across the early childhood landscape, Hawai‘i builds momentum for positive change in the systems that support young keiki and their ‘ohana.
End-Of-Year Update 2023
In 2023, the ECAS network continued to focus on key needs of young children and families, including infant, early childhood and maternal physical and mental health; family safety and economic security; access to needed programs and services including quality early child care and education; and a strong and stable early childhood workforce.
Mid-Year Update 2023
Through the concerted effort of a broad range of government and non-government actors operating across the early childhood landscape, there is momentum for positive change in the systems that support young children and their families in Hawai`i.
