• Conduct cross-sector training on the Family Partnership Guidelines

• Support the development and implementation of an integrated and comprehensive early childhood system of personnel development (CSPD) for disciplines serving infants and young children with disabilities

Comprehensive System of Personnel Development (CSPD)

Ensuring that young children with disabilities and their families are provided services by knowledgeable, skilled, competent, and highly qualified personnel, and that sufficient numbers of these personnel are available in the state to meet needs.
